Cancellation & Order Modification Policy
At Plan of Media Shop, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Processing)
You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not been processed, shipped, or digitally delivered.

2. Digital Product Orders
For all digital downloads, templates, bundles, software, and PLR products, cancellation is not allowed after successful delivery, since access is granted instantly.
Once the download link, files, or access credentials are issued, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Physical Product Orders (If Applicable)
If your order contains physical products, cancellation is possible only before packaging or dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer available. However, you may explore return or replacement options as per our Return Policy.
4. Order Modification
Changes to your order (such as product variant, email address, or quantity) can be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.
If the order is already processed, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you experience a failed transaction or duplicate payment, our team will verify the details and initiate a refund or cancellation as applicable.
