At Plan of Media Shop, we offer instant-access digital products, including templates, bundles, PLR items, software files, and downloadable resources. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final.

1. No Returns on Digital Products
All digital products sold on shop.planofmedia.com are non-returnable.
Once a purchase is completed and the download link or access details are delivered, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.
Digital files cannot be “returned” like physical products, and customers receive full access immediately after purchase. Therefore, we strictly follow a No Return Policy.
2. No Replacement for Digital Products
We do not provide replacements for:

Templates and PLR bundles
Software codes, presets, or digital assets
Any other instantly delivered product
Once delivered, the product cannot be replaced, exchanged, or modified.
3. In Case of Download or Access Issues
If you face technical difficulties such as:

Access not received
We will ensure you receive working access to the exact product you purchased.

4. Incorrect Purchase
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Buying the wrong product
